Sweat it out, have fun and learn a mix of old school party grooves and the hottest new hip hop moves with Run The Flex, a Toronto based beginner hip hop program for adults! Led by Instructor Aaron Aquino-Annobil & Choreography Assistant Nicole Rosove, Run The Flex is a one-of-a-kind 6-week program designed to help you build your confidence in dancing and have fun while at it.
